Back in 1993, we opened our doors providing rustfree, used parts for vintage American vehicles.  Our Arizona facility had over 1,000 vintage American vehicles for parts and we warehoused hundreds of thousands of rustfree parts at our Woodstock Illinois facility.  As our business grew, we realized a need to provide the restoration of bumpers as many of our customers had solid bumpers but were damaged by accident or had worn chrome.  In about 1997, we began to provide a restoration service for bumpers and had a large inventory of restored bumpers available on an exchange basis.

With the economic downturn and the high price of scrap steel, we were forced to crush out our Arizona facility as well as sell off much of the inventory at our Woodstock Illinois warehouse.  We closed our doors at the end of 2009.

Well, we are once again open for business with a new theme.  Unlike before, our main focus of business will be to provide restored bumpers and their associated parts!  We are building our bumper inventory with hopes to have an extensive inventory of vintage American restored bumpers ready for immediate shipping!  Our customer base spanned the globe previously, and we once again hope to reach around the globe with the helping hand of Desert Dog Auto Parts.
